What Makes me Smart?

A personal project to track mental focus & how it varies with inputs such as sleep, diet, exercise & stress.

After moving to a paleo diet in 2014, I've noticed big improvements in both mood & mental focus. This project dig further into this to determine what exactly was impacting my mental focus & how by quantifying with the Quantified Mind app.
